Our Founders Journey

It was in 1992 when Mr.Saji John completed his education and started working as an ac mechanic next 5 years he worked in few company like highteck, carrier, voltas etc mean while according to the sites he was assigned he had to worked domestically like in flats and residence also in many industries, domestically he noticed that many people faced one same issue which was related to water leakage thus he started his research on water leakage in flats and residence. the skills which he had developed in air conditioning like pressure testing , thermal scanning , leak testing , helped him to find the root cause of water leakage thus he continued his research and development his research in water proofing In year 1998 as a rise of Air conditioning field he started his first organization as NEW TECH AIR CONDITIONS later he made it his primary business and also did waterpoofing on a small scale as a secondary business and everything was going well for him when suddenly he had a paralysis attack on june 2004 and as this was his self started business he was not able to work for 2 years but this didn’t stopped him he continued his research and built some backup and finally on year 2007 he and some of his family members restarted their work on New Tech air conditions and also started giving service related to domestic waterproofing. Till this time we wear officially working through NewTech Air-conditions but now after the covid pendamic in 2021 we are starting this waterproofing as Sealpro Antisepage Solutions
